Questions and Answers
How much does it cost to use your service?
Using our service is free.
Is there a limit to how many jobs I can post?
No, there is no limit.
Can I cancel or edit jobs once they have been posted?
Yes you can edit and delete job postings. To Edit Ads access your profile and select the Job Ads Tab, for each Job Ad posted simply click the "Update" link at the bottom of each ad.
How do potential job seekers contact me?
Job Seekers can contact you by phone, mail or email address from the information you provide on your registration form, or through the message system inside the website.
Is my business information protected?
When you register you are entering a secured area of the website only accessible by User Name and Password where your personal information will remain confidential. You may choose to make available portions of your personal information, such as name, address, phone number, to allow jobseekers direct contact with you to discuss employment. Or to protect your privacy, you can enter just your initials in any of the required fields or sections. Initial contact by Jobseekers is through the message system inside the website after that you can pass your email or other details you have provided if you wish.
What does the "Refresh My Data" from the User Menu do?
In the unlikely event that you open an item for editing, for example updating your profile and your network fails or the server network fails to complete a command, that item may be locked out from the database preventing further editing or saving. In this case you could use the "Refresh My Data" link to return all your open items to the database and thus enable you to continue editing.
How can I update or delete an existing job ad I've posted?
From the User Menu select "View or Update My Profile" Then Click the Job Ads Tab and locate the ad you need to edit. You should see 2 links near the bottom of each ad "Update Delete".
Click Update to edit the ad or Delete to delete the ad.
